Terms and conditions

BookingsBookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is rquired at the time of booking and before the start of the course. The person making the booking must be over 18 and have parental responsibility or the ability and authority to make decisions regarding participants under the age of 18. 


Money Made Simple reserves the right to cancel or change a course. In these circumstances we will endeavour to arrange an alternative date. If an alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be offered.

Course material Course material provided to students is for personal use only and may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose. Communication We use email and online feedback to communicate with participants signed up to our online courses. 


At the time of booking, the participant's parent or guardian will be asked to consent to us communicating in this way with the participant. Parent and/or guardian responsibility Participants under the age of 18 need to have a supervising adult available whilst carrying out activities on the programme.

Course access and inactivity

Course access is granted for the duration of the programme. Where an enrolled student has had no activity on their account for a period of 12 months or more, Money Made Simple reserves the right to remove their access. 

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Money Made Simple does not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy, which governs the handling of your payment data, can be found at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

By signing up to one of our courses, you are giving your consent for your data to be used as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Jo Groves at the details below.

Responsible person
For the purposes of the UK GDPR, Jo Groves is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring Money Made Simple complies with data protection law.

  • Gender
  • Award level (Bronze, Silver or Gold)
  • Parent or guardian's email address
  • How you found us
  • Allergies or dietary requirements (cookery courses only)
